Match the group to the place.
What planners usually ask.
How early should we plan a holiday party?
Earlier is better for prime November and December dates, especially for larger groups or events needing private space.
Can you accommodate different activity preferences?
Depending on the venue, we can recommend formats that give a group more than one way to participate.
Can we reserve the whole venue?
Buyout options depend on the location, date, timing, and group size. Ask about them when you submit your event request.
Tell us the date, headcount, and what you want the event to feel like.
We’ll use real activity and venue availability to work out what fits.
