Large Groups
Start with headcount, then match the group to experiences and venues that can actually handle it.
Build around the people.
Large groups are less about finding one activity that technically fits and more about designing flow. Capacity, simultaneous starts, physical resources, private space, food, and arrival all matter.

What planners usually ask.
What counts as a large group?
There is no single cutoff. A group becomes operationally 'large' when its size changes how activities, resources, rooms, or arrival need to be managed.
Can everyone do the same activity at once?
Sometimes. Other events work better as rotations. The reservation and event teams use actual resource availability to determine what is possible.
Should we book online or contact you?
If your group may require multiple physical resources, several rooms, rotations, or private space, start with the custom-event inquiry.
Tell us the date, headcount, and what you want the event to feel like.
We’ll use real activity and venue availability to work out what fits.
